Throughout my career, I've undertaken diverse professional roles in both IT Service Desk and IT Management. These positions have entrusted me with a range of responsibilities, from providing frontline support to end-users to steering and directing the trajectory of IT teams across different companies.
Furthermore, I've played a crucial role in reconstructing complete IT teams and rebuilding IT infrastructures from the ground up. In my latest role, I spearheaded the rebranding and reengineering of the IT department into the IT Service Desk. This involved a comprehensive overhaul of all existing IT processes and procedures, along with the creation of new documentation, both internal and user-facing. The aim was to enhance the efficiency of the IT Service Desk and provide valuable resources for all users within the company.
